Pik Rite Pepper Harvester

With Pik Rite technology you can harvest up to 16,000 pounds of bell peppers per hour with minimal costs. Our disk header is designed to work in raised beds or on flat ground achieving excellent crop recovery. With the Pik Rite machine you can load into boxes, dump carts or semi trailers. Our discharge elevator is fully functional at heights up to eleven feet. This disk header works well with single or double rows. The Pik Rite machine is being used successfully to harvest bell, banana, jalapeno and hot cherry peppers.

Pik Rite Chile Pepper Harvester

Two row Stripper head adjustable for 20-40 inch rows. This patented design strips the peppers from the stalk and combs the soil lifting the peppers off of the soil bed. A rotating star cleaning table separates the stalks from the peppers The harvester has an enclosed pressurized inspection area designed to accommodate a crew when necessary. Equipped with rock separator and individual speed controls for each conveyor.
